Job Description

We are looking for an AI Project Lead who will primarily conduct thorough interviews with companies struggling with AI technology adoption, focusing on the technical aspects. The role involves planning, devising strategies, and leading projects from inception to execution.


Key Responsibilities:


- Conducting detailed interviews with clients to understand their challenges and requirements related to AI adoption.

- Proposing and formulating AI strategies and implementation methods.

- Leading the planning and conceptualization of projects.

- Making decisions regarding project direction and overseeing progress.


Note: While coding skills for AI development are not mandatory, a broad understanding of AI development and implementation is required.

Key Requirements

  • Knowledge of IT and data science.
  • Experience or understanding of project management principles.
  • Experience in project progress management.

Additional skills

  • Experience leading business development or system development.
  • Experience as a project lead or manager.
  • Development expertise in machine learning.
  • Research and development experience using deep learning.
  • Degree in computational science or AI-related fields.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Participation or awards in data analysis competitions like Kaggle.
  • Participation or awards in competitive programming platforms like AtCoder.

Salary

• Determined based on experience and ability

Full remote is available.

Work Hours

Flextime system (core time / 10:30 - 16:00)

• Full two-day weekends (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays)

• Year-end/New Year company holidays (December 30 - January 3)

• Paid leave: 20+ days annually

Example (first year):

- Joining Special leave: 5 days (granted on the date of hire)

(granted after 6 months of employment)
