We offer full-remote work, but depending on your job, there might be times when you need to come into the office.

The level of knowledge required varies depending on the position. For corporate roles or software engineer positions responsible for web application development and infrastructure, don’t require any prior knowledge of AI. However, having some familiarity or interest in AI can certainly be beneficial in any role.

Japanese language proficiency is not a requirement at NABLAS.

As long as you can communicate effectively in English, that is sufficient. We focus on technical expertise and skills when hiring, so your language ability in Japanese won’t impact your application.

Our company includes members from institutions like the University of Tokyo, Osaka University, and IIT, as well as professionals with experience at companies like SONY, Meta, and HITACHI. The diversity of our members is one of our strengths.

After the casual interview, you will proceed to the second interview (technical/practical interview and live coding test), followed by a job offer if successful. In the live coding test, you will be asked to code in front of our engineers, while answering a range of technical questions. If necessary, a third interview may also be conducted.

We value work-life balance and offer a comprehensive vacation policy. In the first year of employment, you will receive a total of 20 days of leave, including 10 days of annual paid leave, 5 days of special leave upon joining, and 5 days of refresh leave. From the second year onwards, employees are granted 15 or more days of annual paid leave, along with 5 days of refresh leave. It is also possible to combine these days for extended vacations, which many of our members take advantage of.

Since we mostly work in a fully remote environment, we actively work to facilitate and enhance internal communication.
