Job Description

We are looking for an AI Project Manager who will meticulously conduct thorough interviews from both technical and business perspectives for companies struggling with AI technology adoption. This role involves leading projects from planning and conceptualization to execution, addressing challenges and offering solutions to clients' business needs through comprehensive project management.


Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting detailed interviews with clients to understand their challenges and requirements.

- Proposing and formulating AI strategies and implementation methods.

- Leading project planning and conceptualization.

- Making decisions on project direction and overseeing progress and management. 


Please note that coding skills are not mandatory for this position.

Key Requirements

  • Knowledge in IT and data science
  • Experience in project management and Progress tracking

Additional skills

  • Experience leading business development or system development projects.
  • Development expertise in machine learning.
  • A degree in computational science or AI-related fields.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Experience leading projects or being in positions of responsibility.
  • Participation or awards in data analysis competitions like Kaggle.
  • Participation or awards in competitive programming competitions like AtCoder.

Full remote is available.

Office : 1F Hongo Tsuna Building, 6-17-9 Hongo, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo

Work Hours

Flextime system (core time / 10:30 - 16:00)

Holidays

• Full two-day weekends (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays)

• Year-end/New Year company holidays (December 30 - January 3)

• Paid leave: 20+ days annually

   Example (first year):

 - Joining Special leave: 5 days (granted on the date of hire)

 - Annual paid leave: 10 days

   (granted after 6 months of employment)

 * From the second year: 16+ days granted annually

 - Refresh leave: 5 days/year
